An engaging comedy about a bachelor and three near Mrs.

^That’s a magnificent tagline.^

Shame it’s not attached to a better movie. The screenplay was written by two women, yet there’s a hard-to-explain cheating wife character whose pivotal sex scene involves an exchange in which she is called the man’s “little girl” as well as his “mommy.” Maybe people did sex different in 1989, but I don’t understand anyone who wants to hear those words when you’re bouncing on the bed about to get it on.

Aside from a fascinating dinner date dress-thing worn by Madeleine Stowe, WORTH WINNING would be easy to remake with better jokes, updated tech, 2016 fashions, and of course a fresh cast. One of the…

Mark Harmon’s charm makes this just about watchable. Anyone who has ever watched more than 1 RomCom before can predict exactly how it is going to go. The ride isn’t even that great.

Viewed in 1989. Silly premise sinks this romantic comedy.

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

This is a perfectly good romantic comedy with a fun premise and attractive characters. I liked how the main character talked to the viewer, and the way he got close to the women. There is, however, one fatal issue with this movie: from the very first time we meet Veronica, it is obvious she is the one the main character is going to end up with. She gets way more development and attention than the other two women and so you know where the story is headed. This takes a lot of the excitement out of the movie that was probably inteded to be there. Otherwise, the movie is good from every other point of view. I like how even before realizing he was found out, Taylor decides partaking in the bet was a bad idea, and it does not harm his friendship with the others.

I have 0 memory of this.

Mark Harman måste få tre kvinnor att fria till honom. Därav den svenska titeln “Tre sängar för en ungkarl” kan man anta.

I mean this movie definitely had its cringe moments. But overall, i somehow enjoyed it. Probably just in the right mood idk

I liked this more than I should have.

Another predictable romance movie with cute Mark Harmon, it’s enjoyable, but forgettable. So, not really worth winning.

Don’t ask me why but this movie is one of my favorites. It’s always entertaining, in a comedy, when the main character talks to the audience as if you are right there as a silent cohort.

The idea is Taylor Worth is a batchelor with a great job, great car, great condo, and dates the best looking women in Philadelphia. His friends, especially the excellent role playing Mark Blum, are married and it is the contention of Blum that as great a life as Worth has he secretly wants “the pain and heartache of true love”.

His friends have a plan. a bet. Worth is to date and get engaged to three women, of Blum’s choice in 90 days. The catch here is that each has bet something they do not, under any circumstances want to lose.

The women are great, the acting is very good, the timing is superb and the story plays out nicely. I rated this film (FG) for “Feel Good”! It’s not a classic but it’ll go quickly, it’ll make you laugh. just don’t see it with any woman that is hungup on traditional ways men view women. Your gal may not stay long enough to see how things twist and turn.

A good one to rent when you want to just lay out on the couch with some popcorn, and the kids are over their friends houses. One other note for me. I was so taken by the car they gave Harmon to drive in the movie that I got one myself!

Directed by Will Mackenzie. With Mark Harmon, Madeleine Stowe, Lesley Ann Warren, Maria Holvoe. Taylor is a man who has no problems with women. So confident is he that he accepts a challenge from his friends: he has to secure proposals of marriage from three women of their choice.
