There could be five millionaires out there with unclaimed lottery tickets, according to the list of prizes that haven’t been cashed in yet.

One of them was bought in West Lancashire, with the owner matching five main numbers and the bonus ball in the Lotto draw on August 1, 2020.

Four more £1m tickets, along with with four others worth life-changing sums of money, were bought at different locations around the UK.

But time is running out on those prizes, as they have to be claimed within 180 days of the draw date, otherwise they will go to the National Lottery Projects who help fund a variety of good causes around the country.

The good news is that the earliest unclaimed tickets on the list do not expire until January 2021, so there is still plenty of time for the winner to come forward.

So if you have been out and about in the UK and bought a ticket on your travels, take a look and check that ticket.
