I travel all over the state of Missouri for business. I’ve had Verizon, I’ve had u.s. cellular and I’ve had AT&T. Out of those I would have to say AT&T has the best coverage by far. If you do hit a dead spot, it doesn’t last very long and I discovered AT&T’s customer service is second to none. Biggest thing I do not like about AT&T though they do not treat their prepaid customers the same as a postpaid customers. Maybe this is a norm with most cell phone providers but there’s a lot of services and options that you cannot get as a prepaid customer.

Three months ago we moved from Rogers AR to Bolivar MO. In Rogers our ATT cell phone reception was 100%. When we would visit our kids near Bolivar, we would lose all reception within the triangle of Bolivar, Stockton and Humansville! In this day and age where nearly everyone has a cell phone, it’s hard to believe that reception for more rural areas is still back in the 90’s. Even now that we are living in the city limits of Bolivar we are lucky if we get two bars on our phones!

Cell reception is dismal. 1 bar at times. Have to go outside to make or receive calls most of the time.

AT&T definitely needs a cell tower near the Springs Subdivision. I work from home, and when I am on webex meeting folks on the other end can not hear me. Not cool. I have to have my computer call me so people can hear me.

Signal is weak. Texting ok from certain spots. Voice calls extremely iffy. Better than other carriers that have been here with visitors.

Have had ATT for years used to get great coverage. Lately I get one bar at work if I am lucky. Did a tower blow over. What’s going on? If this doesn’t change soon I will have to switch I need my phone for work.

Constantly drops calls while in the house. Currently at 1 dot on iPhone 6 Plus. Has been this way since I moved here 6 years ago. Talking with AT&T is useless.

Sprint

So there is always something going on tower wise. If you don’t get good coverage then you are supposed to be able to cancel service fro FREE! What a joke this company is.

Verizon

We used to have decent service but in the past year, it has gotten progressively worse. Verizon is NO help. Many of the peoe in our area gave contacted them and we all get rum around and told there are no issues in our area. They do collect our money without any problems.
