Bow Wow wins a $370 lottery and his life gets more than a little crazy. A pretty good story has some funny moments along the way. Overall though there is nothing really new here. I did like Ice Cube in a supporting role as well as Gbenga Akinnagbe (hope I spelled that correct) in the bad guy role. An entertaining movie but only a little better than an average movie.

This was easier to sit through than Norbit and The Cookout because now I’m starting to get used to this formula to the point of just laughing at how standard this is. The stereotypes are very typical with the grandma being very religious, one of the main girls being a gold digger, and etc. I will say that it was fun to watch how standard to was to watch and Ice Cube’s character was the most interesting one out of everybody in the film. I wasn’t bored while watching the film, and everybody getting knocked out is hilarious that I feel like everybody had brain damage by the end of the film. Not a good film on any means, but I couldn’t get mad at the film and just have fun with this one.

this movie still cracks me the fuck up. just one of those movies that every black family has seen. 😂

i’ve been on my bullshit about how “music videos the only cinema” and thats when this damn movie, with a music video director at the helm, enters my life . let erik white direct another movie please ! this fucking thing proves my thesis beyond a doubt.

It really be like that

If Friday won the lottery. Some funny scenes

when i was 10 i was shook 2 the core by that rooftop scene

This is literally me crying out for help

If I had won the $370,000,000 jackpot, no one would have found out that quick. Just sayin’.

its like they got every single annoying black person in a movie and they were like “yeah lets see how well this goes”

terry crews is alright tho i respect him

where’s my fugging diversity :-DDDD

As one of the writers, and stars, of the 1995 hit ‘Friday, the life, image, and career of gangster rapper Ice Cube underwent a profound change after its debut. No longer was he seen as the scowling rabble-rouser from ‘Amerikkka’s Most Wanted’ or the front man for, NWA, his controversial rap group. Instead, his image had been transformed into that of an unlikely straight man with the talent and charm to successfully anchor such slice-of-life comedies as the Barbershop movies and the Friday sequels.

The movie, ‘Lottery Ticket’ was produced by Cube Vision, Ice Cube’s production company. And as expected, it follows the same formulas and leisurely pacing that made the ‘Friday’ and ‘Barbershop’ movies such huge hits. The film…
