The exteriors are made of hot-rolled steel rain screens that help to camouflage the little homes against the trees. Indoors, you’ll find cozy interiors made from prefabricated birch plywood and plenty of windows that create a beautiful connection with the stunning natural surroundings.
This tiny communal home was designed for pregnant or parenting women who recently graduated from an in-patient treating facility. A good portion of the project was done pro bono by Architecture Building Culture to create a beautifully-designed transitional space in Portland.
The monochromatic exterior brings a modern design element to the neighborhood!
This bite-sized home and studio was designed by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson for a photographer and his young family.
